To be eligible for this scholarship I understand I must maintain a Daily Action Report Card weekly average score of "50 Points" or higher during the month.

Daily Action Report Card Maintenance *

To keep my scholarship active I understand, If I am selected, I must maintain a Daily Action Report Card weekly average score of "26 Points" or higher.
